I've spent the last 12 years designing, building and growing Shopify stores, 300+ of them, for small businesses that sell things they care about. I run The Indie Collab, a certified Shopify and Klaviyo partner, with a small team across New Zealand, Australia, the US and the Philippines.
I record every Loom myself. I look at your store the way your customers do, then tell you plainly what's getting in the way and what I'd change first. For a handful of brands I also step in as their part-time CMO, so the advice comes from running the numbers, not just making things look nice.

- Shopify stores only. If you're on another platform, this isn't for you.
- A mockup, not a build. Nothing changes on your live site.
- No revisions. You get our best version, first time.
- Homepage only. Product and collection pages are part of a build.
- 5 spots a week. Each one is done properly, so we cap it.
- $29 credited toward any build booked within 30 days.

Why only $29?
It's the quickest way to show you what we'd do with your store. Seeing it beats any sales call. If you like it, we'd love to build it. If not, you've lost $29 and gained a plan.
Do you need access to my store?
No. Your homepage is public, so the URL is all we need.
What does it cost to build afterwards?
Most homepage builds fit a Shopify Power Build ($1,200, one focused day). A full redesign is a Shopify Sprint, from $2,500. Your $29 comes off either.
Can I give it to my own developer?
Yes. The mockup is yours to use however you like.
What if this week's spots are gone?
