How we get started

We have the scoping call, and work out exactly what your store needs.

We send the contract and your deposit invoice. Sign and pay, and your dates are locked.

We send the brief and book your kickoff call. The build starts from there.

Questions we usually get

How long does it actually take?

A Sprint runs four to six weeks from the day we get your brief and assets. A Power Build is shorter and we'll give you a date when we scope it. The thing that slows a build down is waiting on content, so the sooner that lands the sooner you launch.

How much of my time will this take?

A brief at the start, a round of feedback on the mockup, and a final look before launch. We handle everything in between.

What if I want changes after launch?

Sprints include two weeks of post-launch support for bugs and tweaks. After that, pre-paid support blocks give you hours to use across three months on anything you need.

Will my store be down during the build?

No. We build on a duplicate theme and only publish once you've signed it off, so your current store keeps selling the whole time.

After launch

Keep us on hand with support blocks.

Pre-paid hours for whatever comes up once you're live — bug fixes, landing pages, promotions, new features. Use them within three months, top up any time.
