Green Choice came to us to modernize their website and create a seamless integration between their online store, inventory management, and sales system for improved efficiency and scalability.
We worked with them on a comprehensive site redesign and:
- Redesigned the homepage, collection, and product pages, improving UX, site navigation with a mega menu, and adding filtering options for better product discoverability.
- Integrated NetSuite to sync inventory and sales data, displaying real-time product details and downloadable spec sheets directly on the website.
- Optimized product pages and checkout, adding upsell recommendations, accordions for FAQs, and a streamlined cart process to improve conversions and AOV.
